Traffic traffic we all need traffic

Yes it seems we all could use traffic especially free traffic and which traffic source is better and what about video sites like Google and you tube or social sites like hi5,my space,face book there 's so many other places to get free traffic like traffic exchanges, messages boards, classify sites Graig's list,Google base,windows live Expo,back page,plus so much more i am going to start to find other site i can advertise for free also do some research on feed burner and social bookmarking this is for my down line.Here's my other blog http://DennisFMloney.wordpress.com SO i have to start out by saying I will start listing the site as i find them.That's it for now.
